Richard Black
Founder & CEO
Richard leads Halfcode’s strategic vision and is responsible for driving the company to become a disruptive player and market leader in artificial intelligence. He is passionate in his belief that technology companies have a social responsibility to make a positive impact in the world.
Hidden Talent: He can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under 11 seconds, which is downright hopeless when compared to the fastest robot’s time of under .7 seconds.
Sufian Mehmood
Chief Strategy Officer
Sufian leads product development and global sales at Halfcode. He is data driven and has experience in machine learning algorithms, analytics and product management. Sufian is obsessed with building technology products with an emphasis on using data to shape the user experience and product development process.
Hidden Talent: Sufian has mad rap skills and can perfectly spit every bar to Kendrick Lamar’s m.A.A.d city. Straight outta Brixton.
Sachin Wenmin
Chief Scientist
Sachin is a rock star in the field of data mining and artificial intelligence solutions. He leads our engineering team where his focus is on data acquisition and backend architecture. He’s happiest working in a high-energy, fast paced start-up environment with free snacks and a foosball table.
Hidden Talent: Sachin once competed on the UK version of BattleBots where his flamethrowing saw bot went 3-0 with 2KOs.
Rebecca Wang
VP Business Development
Rebecca is a passionate leader in developing growing businesses and managing talent and high performing teams. She’s also in charge of talent acquisition, helping people reach their full potential and managing diversity and culture at Halfcode.
Hidden Talent: Rebecca is a master at multiplayer PvP and garbage can basketball. Neither of which anyone ever wants to play with her because it’s always a rout.
